Casa Raffelina is a large apartment located on the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, right in the historical centre of Minori. For the inhabitants of Minori, the Corso is the heart of the bustling town and a stroll along it leads you to the best restaurants and shops so typical of the "City of Taste" - so called because of the culinary/cultural event, “Gusta Minori” (Taste Minori) which takes place every year in the town. Our vacation home is located in a strategic point just 300 metres from the beach and 100 metres from our Roman Villa and its Antiquarium, two archaeological sites of the Amalfi Coast dating back to the first century. How to reach Casa Raffelina
Minori is a charming town on the Amalfi Coast, one of the few that has managed to protect and preserve the features of its ancient urban complex. The colourful buildings overlooking the small promenade, a favorite destination for lovers of Sal De Riso’s famous cakes and pastries, still evoke the charm of the past in this present-day village resort.
Casa Raffelina is located in one of the historic buildings on the main thoroughfare, corso Vittorio Emanuele, right on the seafront, just a couple of minutes away. A holiday in Minori will help you forget the bustle of big cities because it is in places like this, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, where true peace of mind reigns.
- By car from the north: take the motorway A1 Milan-Naples and continue on the A2 motorway, until you reach Naples. From here, take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria, exit at Vietri sul Mare which leads you to the State Road 163 (the road connecting Vietri sul Mare to Atrani). The holiday home is about 18 km from the center of Vietri.
- By car from the south: take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria as far as the exit of Vietri sul Mare which leads you to the State Road 163 (the road connecting Vietri sul Mare to Minori). The holiday home is about 20 km from the center of Vietri.
If you choose to travel by train, the nearest railway stations are either Salerno station in Piazza Vittorio Veneto or the main train station in Piazza Garibaldi in Naples
- By train to Salerno: once you arrive at the station of Salerno in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, you can reach Minori by SITA bus. The buses run frequently and the bus stop is right in front of the station exit. Salerno is about 20 km from Minori.
- By train to Naples: from Naples train station you can get the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento and, from there, the SITA bus to Amalfi, where there is another short bus ride to Minori.
- By plane: if you fly to Naples airport there is an Alibus service to Naples railway station in Piazza Garibaldi. Follow the above instructions to get from Naples to Minori.
- Sita Buses: Sita is a public transport company whose buses run throughout the area and link the Amalfi Coast to Salerno, Naples and Sorrento. You must buy your ticket before boarding from any bar or Tobacconist’s and stamp it on the bus.
